My daughter, Kelly, and her AIM team have been helping to run a Christian youth camp in Northern Ireland this month. Camp Shamrock is a rare thing in post-Christian Europe, a place for youths to go and learn about God. For teens in Northern Ireland, it’s also a place to get away from political tensions and prejudices.
The session for boys ended successfully, and the next session for girls is underway. Meanwhile, Kelly is cut off from most phone service, the Internet, Skype, and most other electronic means of communication. Since she is unable to communicate with the outside world except for the occasional “tweet”, I am posting an Animoto that we created last year to let you see some of her team’s activities in and around Coleraine, Northern Ireland.
